Meet our Staff

Maddy Hayden-Rideaux

Miss Maddy began teaching dance when she was just 15 years old and hasn't stopped since! After falling in love with movement at Dancepgraphy here in Great Bend, Miss Maddy went on to Dance at Barton Community College for the competitive dance team and for the creative company, Barton Dance Theatre. She spent 3 years working and learning at Walt Disney World and has made it back home to Kansas to use her passion to teach in a studio once again! She is so excited to meet all of you!

Miss Sydnie is a recent graduate from Hoisington High School class of 2023! Miss Maddy has had the opportunity to teach Sydnie since moving back to Great Bend and has nothing but great things to say about her! Sydnie has been a part of local competition teams as well as a member of the Hoisington Danceline Crimson Girls! We are thrilled to have her on our Be Studios Team!

Hello! My name is Sydnie Strong! I have been dancing for 15+ years and teaching for 3+ years. My favorite style of dance is jazz/pom!

Sidney Gilkison

Instructor

Miss Sidney is going to be a senior this coming year at Great Bend High School. Miss Maddy has had the privilege to teach Miss Sidney starting back in 2016 to choreograph her tap routines and started right back up working with her when Maddy moved back. Miss Sidney is a hard worker and amazing at hearing rhythms in music. We can't wait to see what she brings to the dance floor here at Be Studios!

Assistants Program

Assistants are advanced dancers at our studio that help out our lead instructors to keep each class smoothly running & ensuring every student gets the help/attention they need.
